If you were one of the many on here that knew when each round of layoffs was coming months in advance, only to have management tell you they knew nothing about them, here's your chance to sound off. If there's enough of one item, they are more likely to address it.
There needs to be a better system for keeping talent in house, especially seasoned employees. It's a slap in the face to anyone when they let you go and other departments are still hiring. I feel like most of us would rather switch teams than go on unemployment unexpectedly and go through the stress of finding a new job elsewhere.
