- Lead with Passion: as evident during the last 4 years. Lots of passion, zero talent.
- Outperform Expectations: certainly in the opposite direction!
- Deliver Results Responsibly: where is the accountability? Bankruptcy brewing.
- Unleash Opportunities: to lay people off, to exploit company bonuses, to destroy a company before 100 year anniversary.
- Commit to good: what good?

All the f—ers who got promoted in merger they should be fired right away.
We have far more managers than our peers in the industry . Who needs a manager for less than 14 people. Are they so incompetent ? We have so much more cash ? Our net income per employee is negative. So the managers are liabilities.
@aij Brent? Is that you?
Always good to have scapegoats.
My daddy got me this leadership position so I'm more qualified than you.....
Passion or passionate is merely code for those that are overly emotional, which is just an excuse to be irrational and benefits nobody. Overly emotional sentiment forces people to suspend rational judgment because they cannot think beyond their emotions and or emotional state. Therefore you cannot have effective leadership based on that alone. Oxy has reached a transitional phase in the energy sector and the enormous debt the company holds is a vulnerability Oxy will never escape without government intervention and the government will deem Oxy a lost cause no different than Bear Stearns in the 2008 market collapse. In other words, Oxy among countless others will be left without a chair when the music finally stops. 👍🏻
Zero accountability. Those that promised great results and underdelivered were promoted over and over again. “Positivity drives results”. What results are we talking about? Poor results that eventually contribute to bankruptcy.
