Just saw an email that we will have a bid for layoff option just like Oxy did a few weeks ago. How about that? I am crunching my numbers so when I can bid I will. Who is with me!!

I am with the last post. Headed out to the lake to meet up with SWN friends and their families. Good to see everyone together. We need to keep our network going.
We will be talking and laughing and remembering the good times at work under Mueller. Still miss his leadership compared to what we have now. Hope Nill Pay or Silly Billy sees us on the lake cause most of us are leaving. Layoffs or not.

Last time I check these posts before I take off with my family to the lake. We are having a big ol fashioned get together with some work friends and their families. Have not seen everyone in months and heck I’ll be safe cause my safety training taught me how to do that. Me and my work friends are so worried that we need a break. Morale has been so low since 2016 with no hope for the future. It can’t be spun with fancy words from a band of leaders who have been a part of corporate failures everywhere they have been. Seriously look at this group.

I have to admit, I didn’t see that one coming. I ran through a lot of scenarios and that wasn’t one of them. The shock waves will eventually settle, but for now it’s hard not to be a bit rattled, despite the extremely low morale going on for 4 + years now. Carry on.
Very nervous about sending in my bid. Thinking now I did not ask for enough. Spoke to others and they were asking for a very pricey buy out. Going to resubmit my bid and double it as that is what others are doing .

Why are they doing construction in the men’s room on 5? They are installing approx 2 inch diameter holes in the walls between the washroom stalls. One in each. Is this for better air flow? Seems like we could spend our money in a better fashion.
I love these survey monkeys. Such a great way to see who wants what. I think we should have more food options in the Market, and we should get free coffee after only five visits. I want to reimagine the loyalty cards as well.
