I think it's not over yet, There is no communication here in the UK, but I miss some people in Teams.
In Germany, the layoffs are still to come, most likely it takes longer because of the work councils.
Cloud Division has lean operation and hard to cut organically, but they intentionally make life miserable and coerce people to leave here in Netherlands, US has already cut some from Cloud Operation and continue to do so, anyone from US can comment?
Not sure if the UK got affected. Anyone?
Seems like its done for this month. ;)
Now the company is merging Carbonite and Webroot teams internally, to dev, support and so on.
After a month or two, they will again shed a few. Scare tactics are only motivation the leadership knows.
Over time, the company is filled with lot of middle management, and they create lot of process hogs to generate works for themselves and the team. No more a value-driven company after Mark B takes over.
