Cutting everything and making people chase work.....I was holding a job for 3 years now 6 away from bottom of an extraboard....probably going to get furloughed. Hey Board members- are you going to take a pay cut? Probably not! And funny how just about every member of the board was a CEO of other boards that had nothing to do with railroads, namely Best Buy, Burger King, ect. So the company is run by choads with ZERO railroad experience!! Great Job!!

Wow I posted yesterday about another lay off before everyone qualifies for their vacation next year and it was removed I’ve noticed post from the past get removed if it touches supervisors or something about the railroad they control this site too
People need to get it out of their heads that CEOs care about the long term success of a company. At the end of the day it’s all about themselves. They do not care if the company they ran goes bankrupt due to their actions as long as they maximized their earnings while in charge. Look at the former CEO of Sears if you don’t believe me.
So (NOW) you’re upset cause it’s effecting you..? this has been happening to thousands of people for quite some now if ya haven’t heard... I remember being 6 from the bottom to... didn’t take Very long before those 6 disappeared
Screw the railroad they don’t pay that good and all you do is worry about your job get out while you can
