Well I finally got my separation agreement book. So I noticed that we have book of about 120-130 pages that has all the employee positions, ages and whether they were safe or let go. Why? And I'm assuming that we have to sign all these pages to send back because of the little line at the bottom... Has anybody had any issues with this or any knowledge if all those pages get initialed or not? Thanks

I guess I missed the part that if you accept the severance you no longer get unemployment??
My kid does statistics in a college course. She created a spreadsheet of the ages fired versus kept and calculated something she calls an "Odds Ratio". Daughter said that if you were 50 or older you were more than twice as likely to be fired. Look at the data they gave you carefully. Bet they are hoping you won't.
I’m not signing the line till close to the 45 day mark. I’ll collect unemployment with the corona bonus till then.
Median age of those let go seemed to be a full 10 years older than the guys that stayed. Agree the Atlanta lawyers might be busy.
I am also definite feel they against older employees.
The document I received shows a definite bias against older employees. There's got to be some ATL lawyers happy, now.
The positions and age appendix is to cover their a$$ so that they don't get sued for EEOC age discrimination like they did in 2000. 120-130 pages? you must be in production/completion ? But there is not much special in the package at the end....
Yes. Initial all pages if you see a small line at the bottom.
