There’s already been one remote town hall....
No town hall cause no ones at the office, that’s what the videos are for. Literally no difference between the two.

I’m certain they’ll announce a Town Hall right after the earnings call? That’s how it usually works at least....
Guessing there is going to be the going concern qualifications, which could trigger all sorts of debt reclassifications on the B/S, depending on our outlook, and debt covenant violations (which would probably be waived for the quarter). Chris and Mark probably want to get out in front of things and address concerns early.
Again just a guess, I am not involved with any of this.
Odd that it's so early, pre-market... but at least it's better than a Friday afternoon call so that might be a good sign
