Thread regarding Ford layoffs

When will WCF realize this guy is the laughingstock of the industry?

More football nonsense and empty platitudes. This guy is beyond embarrassing.

This guy's ego is the size of his cement head. The Detroit News should be ashamed; journalism has become nothing more than an advertisement extension or a political editorial. All softball questions; they might as well put his name as the author. A quote from Moonbeam (I scanned the story and I almost barfed):

“And I cry every night,” Hackett said. “I can't not watch it because I need to feel what it's like.”

This guy is so full of sh–. An endless self promoter with zero empathy on the impact of his horrid leadership. Did you cry about the injustice when you walked out a bunch of employees based on age and race regardless of their performance? No, the only thing you cry about is when your compensation package is less than Mary Barra. This man's existence is just another notch in what's wrong with the world. Another jock who got the world handed to them on a platter, never having to work a real job in their life.

The only positive spin i can put on this stay at home order is its giving people time to look inward and become self aware. We surround ourselves with so much BS that we rarely reflect on how it benefits our own existence. The Genie is out of the bottle. The leaders know this and frankly they fear it more than the virus itself (thus the rush to reopen with minimal knowledge of all the factors that control the virus). The truth is always sitting there, waiting to rear its ugly head out. Many have attempted to build walls around it, or dress it up, but in the end it scales the wall and strips buck naked; tap dancing on the graves of who ever tried to block it.

The guy is a legend in his own mind
His retirement will be announced this year. Bill will give him an advisory position so he can continue to pick his big brain.

Just great Ford is adding more toxic chemicals into vehicles. Science has already proven the negative effects of antibacterial soaps etc. plain soap and water is better.

“I've already started this work where we need to have antimicrobial steering wheels, and door handles, and things like that,” he said. “Long term, we ought to embed these in the surfaces you touch, which we can. So yeah, we're going to do that.”
