1) phase 1 - screen all customers by taking their temperature. Screen all employees daily before work. Keep everyone 6 feet apart. Keep social distancing tape at registers.
2) phase 2 - let customers in but keep the crowds to less than 10 per cluster. Screen employees weekly. Keep everyone 3 feet apart.
3) phase 3 - allow customer clusters of up to 50 per cluster. Remove social distancing tape. Remove any obviously sick employees.
4) - business as usual.

5) Continue Store Closings to draw the crowds in and get rid of the merchandise that typically doesn’t sell well!!
I love how phase 2 is “Let customers in”
phase 7 wake up
Phase 6 open more stores and take over the #1 retailing spot again.
Phase 5 — make a profit
Does anyone actually think the managers in the company could execute this process. Maybe they need some checklists to keep it legit. NOT
I haven't seen 50 customers in a Sears since like black Friday of 2011.
I hear they are trying to get one of those quick test machines for each store. That would be a good thing.
List man can handle the temperature taking............
Will there be a dedicated employee in each store to take the customers temps ?
@shf I don't think we can afford that...
Sorry meant have there **
