What a bunch of hogwash. The dedication that you are seeing is the dedication we have for the campuses we serve. It’s not to save this worthless company. If you haven’t noticed PC the company culture is $hit. What are you doing about it? Nothing from what I can see. Most likely, the dedicated are hoping the company fails and the campus will take the bookstore in house. What...we will get an e-card for our dedication? Or better yet recognized on a call! Big whoop!!! YOU need to take a long hard look at how poorly this company treats anyone outside of the executive suite. Actions speak louder than words. And right now your words don’t hold any weight.

If PC left on his own, he gets nothing. If they let him go, he will get BIG dollars like MLS.
Cost the dedicated associates for sure.
The family isn't going to lose a dime.
You think those pay cuts are temporary? HA!
- speaking of golden parachutes, PC's just deployed! Wonder how much it's going to cost us all.
The only thing that PC, and the other textbook dilettantes in the Tower, are worried about preserving is their golden parachute for when this miserable corporation goes under.
Completely agree. Our dedication to the company is the same as Folletts is to us. We stay for relationships we have fostered on our campus with students, faculty , administration.
We have no loyalty to Follett. I am sure, if any position opened on our campus that we were qualified for we would jump ship in a moments notice.
We are being asked to protect Folletts reputation, they know how powerful some of us are on our campus, we are the ones that deserve Follett to respect us because we can destroy a contract with much less effort than what it has taken to build it to where we have them now.
There is a lot to be said for treating your employees right.
