I spoke to an IT Tech in India last night, he spoke English but I couldn't understand a word he was saying, not being racist, it's just a fact. My issue is unresolved and impacting my ability to serve my customers.
Trump needs to Be told what CTL is doing because this outsourcing of good IT jobs to CTL India is the worst thing any American country could ever do ... anti American !! Way worse than H1b even. Traitors in CTL.

Try dealing with them in India, hard labor intensive back and forth struggle trying to get them to understand and clarify different work matters. All the buyer were surplussed late last year now it’s a grind to work with them. As much as they have tried you can’t overnight replace 30 years experience and prior knowledge of the business.
