Who they’re going to replace the AEs with? Coe?
What about field engineers?
Loved the engineers? He cut the whole engineering department in half in 2019 and layed off almost everyone who had been there with less than 5 years of experience.. let’s f— over the young people on top of the 4 rounds of engineering layoffs because it’s not like AIG has a massive retirement cliff coming soon right?! meanwhile a week before layoffs he said he thought they were extremely valuable. He only tells you what you want to hear and then stabs you in the back. Piece of sh– exec

I thought BD loved the engineers? They got a larger sti than the underwriters!
