What is the reason, we still have a very expensive office and staff in Canada while there is zero operations in Canada, all their work can be done either by India or Huston.

That's true; the HFH (along with Bogota) does a lot of work that's also under CA01. I understand having staff in Canada for taxes and what financial staff has to legally work in the country of operation, but other than that....can't think of anything else aside from that to why the Canadian financial corporate staff is so large.
