Starting April 1st we now have managers instead of the ARASA craft leading the way. Over 1/2 of the managers don’t have a clue. I have been out here 19 years and this is the worst morale has ever been. On April 10th manager BB pulled a machinists out is service because he was having lunch (at lunchtime) with his girlfriend. These stories will become more and more as we have worthless managers that already have a big enough head but the power hungry bosses will try to prove who is in charge. Mark my word this behavior will ends up in a slow down of work and a future law suit will be next.

Managers need to be personally fined from the FRA Carmen are not stupid everyone knows managers pulling tickets off cars and letting them travel unsafe more derailments in the near future!!
