Hate to be the bearer of bad news. Had a call Tuesday with GSI and the amazing ALT team this week. Sites will be shutting down for Aero to save money. Q3 or 4 and next year for Torrance.

About 5 years ago, several versions of fake "information" were given to various ALT members to see what would show up in the grapevines and on social media. They were looking for a leak amongst their own, so be careful. I doubt Torrance would go because its a superfund site. RM has been on/off the list for 25 years. The others could be at risk.
Judging by the negative reaction to completely logical posts calling this post BS, I would say the O.P. and fellow BOZOS are down clicking the reactions
I'm calling BS as well. I don't believe this for a second. Some kid is just throwing rocks at a hornet's nest.
COMPLETE BS! There are production and R&O, commercial and military products that are assembled and tested in Torrance. There is no place else this can be shifted to in that time span. Again BS!
While I don't know the next site or 2, I know the major construction being done at Tempe isn't for show. Something is moving there.
Won't venture a guess which site because I won't spool anyone up on a guess.
False! Rocky mount has been shutting down for years along with Torrance. Ain't going to happen. I'm in the Transition team, no worries.
False.
Quit spewing bs.
When the new CEO announced last year he would eliminate 50% of "rooftops" did employees think he was just joking? This has nothing to do with the virus, although they may use that excuse. If you are not working at a hub location, you are doomed.
So when do they plan to announce these??
This makes no sense. Why shut down sites that still have backlog? That equipment will not fix itself. Plus, we ship repaired stuff back and still get paid I would think. Stop stirring up discord....
This is what happens when they screw over folks who are on a NDA. Folks stop caring and start talking. Just be careful, they take those leaks very serious.
