Lost a contractor on my project as of last Friday, 4/10, furlow due to COVID19, with no set duration ... but 'until further notice' — will be reevaluated after covid19 settles. (?)

Are any contractors still around at IBM? I know GTS used a lot of them since they RA'd many of their US resources over the past several years.
Contractors in other locations received their furlough notices recently too, Poughkeepsie at least for sure.
I hope this all ends soon and we hire the contractors back. They are essential for the company too.
