managers must have at least 30 coachings each month. There's like a ratio of one manager to every worker wow they're going to coach the sh– out of me!

No other company? Wrong!
I never understood the concept of "coaching" or what I was supposed to do with it. My management style before UP and after was to set a deadline and guidelines, then leave the employee alone to do the job. If they needed me they knew where to find me.
UP went out of their way to find the smallest thing wrong with a work practice. No other large company is run that way. That's what you get when lawyers are writing all the procedures to give the company maximum legal cover in court. Never mind that if UP would just behave ethically that they wouldn't be in court defending themselves all the time to begin with.
Whining sissies are found in manager and employee ranks. It’s amazing how many are just waiting for someone to take care of them rather than taking care of themselves. Disgusting. Regardless of their fashion statements.
Yeah man be tough like your manager and get a polo shirt two sizes too big and ask stupid questions
Awwww the poor little baby. Toughen up sissy.
During a pandemic, Omaha is lucky to have people around to keep it afloat. So why continue to harass workers and distract them with mandatory coachings or whatever you want to call the program this month?
We are risking our health and well being by being at work.
They should put a moratorium on these programs until we are back at full workforce. Fed up with the politics in a job that could be great. Pffft.
Now THAT’s funny!!
Maybe the company should cut all of the managers. They are just parasites anyway, and most of us can work unsupervised and don't need them around.

The whole coaching/ftx whatever they want to call it is a joke, unless it’s a critical rule they are clueless to the rules and even then most get the critical rules wrong. Stop doing them all together maybe do a walk around once a day and if you see something speak up other then that let us do our damn jobs. Having us constantly looking over our shoulder with the threat of losing our job because of a piece of paper that no one needs other then the glass palace (the fra doesn’t mandate them to do them at all that’s just the line they are told to say when asked). Hell it shows they don’t know the rules because they had to put them on the cover of their coaching/ftx books and even then they have to look them up on a computer. Go sit back in the office where more rules are broken then on the floor.
Thank god FTX is gone. That program was a sham.
Couchings coming back? Does that mean mso’s/f&o’s being called back to lay on them?
Yeah right, Bruce
Who are you kidding boy you dropped the soap on purpose.
I see the perv always thinking of guys buts is back. Keep your back to the wall.
We have 5 managers for 36 Carmen in KC.. Complete joke!
You still have coaching under the new commit and the new manager at my location always carries his list of critical rules with him!
I heard the UP management team has converted an old blue jeans factory into a 24/7, 3 shifts a day buttplug factory to satisfy the demands of UP executives.
They need to know what they’re coaching first.
Coaching? What’s that? You must have forgot they’re not called that anymore. Nice try foamer.
oh no does this mean the managers are going to sh– their pants and have more anxiety attacks in front of us? oh nooooooooooooooooo. make it 60 coaches a month who cares?
Bout time
