Thread regarding Denbury Resources Inc. layoffs

Restructuring

All over the wires about DNR hiring outside bank to help in the subject process. When will our executives come out to company about it? Strange Chris didn’t talk at last town hall about it.

Hopefully they can work a decent deal with our debt holders since Chris keeps talking about us being on ‘good’ terms with them. The LAST thing we want is to go to court over it.

We Will not make it if oil doesn’t get back up. Hopefully this week it will get back to the $30s at least! Virus will end maybe in a few months??? Then back to 40s. I think with this price they got no choice to file bankruptcy before we start defaulting on loans, bond payments later this year or earlier next year.

By “mentioned” you mean, “some rando employee asked the question.”

"Taking the company private" is another way of saying "going through bankruptcy".

Taking the company back to private is an excellent option that was mentioned in the Town Hall.

I agree....They should split Denbury into two companies. One with the oil assets and the other with the midstream assets.
