Unemployment for those who were "Redesigned"?

I was wondering if any of the people who were redesigned last year are eligible for unemployment after their 9 month severance is over? Anyone try yet? I'm at the 9 month mark and wondered.

I was Medicare eligible, however my wife is not. Looking at all alternatives we chose the Ford retiree PPO 4000, it has high deductibles but is only $290 a month for her.

@5alb+14pMewU7 — What did you find to be your best medical coverage option? (assuming you are not yet of Medicare age). Thanks.

We received 9 months severance and 6 months company medical. Lucky for me I was able to retire effective June 1, 2019. Took the pension plus Social Security, actually bringing home more money than when working and still able to save over $2000 per month. Was going to retire in 2020 with no additional incentive, thank you Ford.

The SRD Severance was up to 6 months, not 9 months.

To @1idw+14pMewU7 : Given your level of empathy, I am sure you voted for Trump.

9 month severance? I was in Michigan and they kicked me off after 5 months. I found a job at the 6 month mark fortunately. Had to move out of state but got $25k more a year. And I am still - knock on wood - employed.
