Still waiting for new Mike to live up to his promises when he started. No pay rise for 7 years yet doing the work three others used to do and in a position 3 levels above my pay grade. Exceeds Expectations or higher every year.
Will be interesting to see how long this post stays up as several others I've written have been removed despite conforming to standards. It is clear to see from several other similar websites that there is a concerted effort to remove negative images of this firm.
