NME geomarket management is asking for all employee whose utilization is low to take leave of absence with no salary. No matter whoever, if your workload is low or zero, just wait for LOA, and this will not affect the management because they are very busy.

Not true regarding managers. It does affect them. My group has mandatory furlough and managers are also obligated to take it.
LOL, they are making all managers furlough. Those that get overtime and hourly will not be furloughed.
I was wondering what was going to happen in all the other GeoMarkets. This price is really screwing everything up.... Do you think the same will happen in KSA?
