CEO pay cut

Don't see UHG CEO taking any pay cut or increasing pay for front line workers. Big 10 mil donations by the corporation is money made off the backs of the employees...those still there and those let go.

So, teachers are currently underpaid, no idea they will have a career, very few new graduates interested in teaching will find a job, and UHCG has administrators who are not sacrificing to at least send a cut in compensation to send a message that ‘ we get it’. And my husband works at UHCG, middle manager, and I told me that the company is over staffed ..
people performing duplicate responsibilities..
Not wishing anyone a loss of job, but through my eyes that someone needs to be focused on our young people ..
and just not deliver the message, and I hear so often, we have to get out kids back in school, with no idea what the new normal will look like.”
Who is at UHCG responsible for delivering messages about our current reality, it appears looking at the response through the economic lenses.
O ya, we can say we are investing in projects to address the virus ..
Window dressing ..
Not thinking about boots on the ground.
So many talk about UHCG and get it ..
So sad, selfish, and disrespectful.

I took a huge pay cut, and I did for you. I’ve saved so many jobs, and I did it for you.

We ask that you please dedicate your efforts to UHG. It’s the right thing to do. We ask that you work 10-12 hours a day seven days a week like I do. It’s the right thing to do. Weekends- time to get work done. 12 hours should be sufficient. Remember I’m giving up my salary for you.

They should take a pay cut. I know my sisters company did for all upper management. This is why this company is going to be nothing but trash in the future. They are cutting my staff left and right yet the work has been increasing. I just keep hoping I make it another two years and then I hope to finally get out of the toxic culture.

Most European CEO's are taking big pay drops or donating their money to medical and social support charities - lets see how generous the executives are, I don't live in hope

I don't expect any of them will take paycuts as most of them are old white men ready to retire and holding on to their money bags. I hope they all are feeling the pain of the drop in the stocks again today. This company has gone down the c-apper because they treat everyone like a number.
