An employee of TCS working on the 2nd floor CS has sadly passed away yesterday. There is no comms from elite executive team. So much of care for employees. If you were in 2nd floor of CS, please take proactive step to self isolate or even seek support from HR, if you need and get any. Good luck.

Clearly a clueless management, who are totally out of touch with reality and have no true sense of understanding or empathy for others. What about the health and safety obligations of employees? You don't have to be a genius to figure out what a good management team's response would be in a situation like this. And these clowns are the ones hired to run the company.

Whilst I fully understand that the company has a responsibility to the family, and as per earlier thread this is very sad. However, it also has an obligation and duty to the other employees.
Firstly, this is very sad news and I am sure all of our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
Management and HR - I am sure you read these pages. Wake up and get some communications out, rather than posting self gratifying statements on places like linked in.
