State Farm Factory Workers Unionize

SF Factory workers are united against the SF leadership tyranny. You take away the workers spot at the table and feed us sc-aps like dogs. That Ends Now.
Friends unionization not only gets us back to an equal spot at the table. It shows them,we are the masters and they are dogs. Union will negotiate better pay, work hours, time off, performance levels, guaranteed raises guaranteed Healthcare and pension. Guatenteed protections from supervisor harassment by our union legal team. It's no longer you against them. It is US against them. Together we r stronger than them because we do the work not them. Be SF Factory Worker Strong!

You don't have to,worry about your job. They need u,to,do the work. Conversely, managers need to watch their back because the work, force is getting organized, unionized, and a reckoning is coming unless they get rid of the CEO and the board that allowed this to happen. Maybe board can save their jobs if they get rid of CEO.

You can fix stupid. Fire the CEO and tell new leadership to stop the madness if they want to survive. There stupid fixed.

Be careful for jobs. They devalue and dehumanize folks and then automate it all with bad screwed data and hand it to foreign country it’s and third parties to manage. Sick world

A lot of union members vote against their self interests especially in those right to work "for less" states. Can't fix stupid.

They want you to think unions are bad but unions built the middle class. Why is the middle class disappearing, where has it gone? The lack of unions that's why. It's time we fight back, hard and together. Unions are not limited to blue collar workers besides they already treat you like a factory worker. They think ur a cog to used up and discarded.

The SF work force is posed to take this company back. We demand that upper management from the board to fhe Frontline be terminated for their actions. Those complicit with this authoritarian regime are just as guilty and will be treated as such. We demand our right to fair treatment, fair performance goals, fair pay, fair raises, fair health and life benefits, fair pension and matching 401k. Absent the complete acceptance of our terms can and will result in Unionization.
Workers, management has no idea who, really runs this company. You pushed us now the revolt is here. Workers start documenting every illegal action,ur management asks you to do from making low offers to hurrying folks off the phone for some phony metrics. Oh yeah, metrics have to go too.

Don't know who posted this. But Hell Yes. Sign me up. My peers and I are tired of feeling like we are working in a sweat shop. Being asked by management to do more (with no OT) and constantly scrutinizined by management that are so far removed from reality. Just a bunch of CPCU's and MBA's who fast tracked it up into management with no clue how to manage or what we even do. I'm sure you will get a large group of people interested in a union. Press on.
