EMEA sales/ ops is a total disaster- if you are in the club you rise up the ladder whether you are worthy of a promotion or not, otherwise, you are left to rot, If you speak up you get bullied or fired.
The decent talent being layed off, only way to survive is if you are in the club! The Japanese execs need to take a closer look and replace the NCMT failing leadership and country leads...and jag chima!
