Looks like we are all gonna be jobless for another month. Sure would be nice for that unemployment to kick in soon. April 3rd is our last check for awhile.

They are saying we are "essential" for two reasons: 1. Because schools are essential (even though all of them are closed and 2. We supply products to other essential businesses (ie, schools) who work from home.
The lack of cleaning supplies and PPE are a joke. HO should be providing this to every store. Everything on backorder for weeks.
World wide pandemic, stay at home we are told by the president, governor, the medical professionals, only absolutely essential workers should be leaving their homes, puts added risk on first responders should you have a car accident or get sick.
Apparently we are essential. Approx 500 stores are open to the public-Marshalls, Macys, and every other non food or d–g store is closed, but we must have essential items so we have to be open?
And, if you are closed, managers only working, now as shipping and receiving clerks-Go fill those online orders!
Hey, can home office send out mask and hand sanitizer or proper cleaning supplies -vendors all sold out, and no access to a sink in most stores to wash your hands.
Follett has a tendency to see seize on these out of work opportunities and downsize even more. There is no guarantee you're going to have a job in 30 days. Your fairy in the sky isn't paying anyone's rent, utilities and putting food on their table.
All this will get better we will be to work cause im sure all that work from fed ex is backing up we still need to inventory count books there are things still to do at follett keep your head up God is watching all of us right know......thank you to all.
Any job hiring right now is dealing face to face with the public and that's dangerous right now. I'm hurting like everyone else but not enough to risk my health or my loved ones.
