Is it just me or has everyone’s work suddenly disappeared? I’m supposed to be “working at home.” I know my boss is monitoring me and asking me questions and sending me emails, and I’m pretending to be busy, but honestly I’m doing zip.

Ex employee here. Lol at the comment above regarding the slide decks, etc. I remember how staff couldn’t discuss an issue with a senior dept member without having PowerPoint slides, etc. It was ludicrous.
dude write a macro or js is to move your mouse every few seconds
This has to be a troll. No real employee is going to respond here to this question. We all know medieval layoffs are being worked by our betters— endless scenarios by The Hive Mind.
I’m workin really hard at catching up on my netflix.
what’s also gone is explaining how you did someone else’s work, why that other person is clueless, and why your the best.
He’s talking about his d—o of course
I don't think the work has necessarily disappeared, reduced yes but not all together gone. What has disappeared are the endless calls to generate slide decks explaining the work you've done, the graphs of the work you've done, the collaboration efforts around the work you've done, the decision tree for the presentation color palette, etc.
It’s not just you. And I know IT is monitoring me. I keep my mouse next to a vibrating object (use your imagination) in an email or a spreadsheet so it looks like I’m “working”.
