Hi all, what phone number are we supposed to list on our unemployment application if we've been laid off by UnitedHealthcare? My paperwork seems to have disappeared and I would really appreciate a response.

The hr number which is included in the layoff packet
I use the UHG HR direct phone number: 800 561 0861.. I was laid off from OptumRx. Hope this helps.
Use the phone # on your separation notice.
I used the 800 HR number
I gave them my Director's phone number. Had no issue.
Maybe your old managers phone number just to piss them off lol
