I’m sorry guys. To think early 2019 we were all thinking we would be relocating to a new office. That quickly got shot down. Thanks VH and EC for screwing us all!
The policy hasn’t changed in terms of weeks per year. I have a saved copy of an older version and it is the same. The severance packages given in January were more generous than what the policy dictated. I doubt the next group of us will get the extra generosity, sadly.
They already have gutted it. If you read the document on OxyLink, they only give 1.75 WEEKs of pay for each year of service. They gave a month of pay for each year of service to those laid off in January.
Keep an eye on updates. They are probably drafting an amendment at this moment.
