What % of the legacy APC crew does Occidental still employ?

70-50-30?

I assume you mean your own Oxy executive management, with the name calling. LAPC employees did absolutely nothing to screw you over. We were acquired because Oxy executives couldn't walk away when Chevron made a really strong offer for us. Oxy bet the farm instead. Those of us who are left from LAPC (which isn't many) just want our contractually obligated COC severance package, which Oxy agreed to by purchasing us, should we be let go. If not, we'll ride out our time here until something better comes along. Yes, most of us realize we'll probably receive a big pay cut come August 10th, like LOXY has received, so we're preparing for that day as well. But right now, I have 2 years and 4 months of layoff protection, which is wonderful in this economy, assuming Oxy doesn't go bankrupt (which I think is a low risk in the short term). I sleep very well at night. I'm sorry you have to shoulder some of that burden as Oxy employees, but we NEVER EVER signed up for this or agreed to this anywhere. So stop blaming us for the actions of your incompetent executives. I'm tired of the LOXY whining that LAPC employees had anything to do with this. Go cry us a river.

If you ignore Denver, GOM, and WES, then it's just above 10%. As a previous poster mentioned, there are some groups that have more than 10%, but there are many groups that have less, and even zero legacy APC in a number of groups. Part of it depends on how many were eligible for the VSP, because over 90% of APC that qualified for the VSP elected for it. Many others were also given COC that didn't qualify for VSP. And a number have left on their own.

Much higher than 10%. Our floor alone at Greenway is probably 1/3 legacy APC, and then of course Allison Tower and Denver are all legacy APC.

I heard it's closer to 10%. If you count WES, then it probably climbs a little, but it's not that many. Most of L-APC is gone.
