Let’s be honest, Gulfstream is going to resort to some very dirty tactics over the next few months. They will be desperate to cut personnel without gaining severance, arbitration, or unemployment liability. They will do everything they can to steamroll over good and loyal employees in an effort to save cost. Do not accept their dirty tactics! Their legal team is weak and does not have the ability or resources to fight you in mass. If everyone does not take their BS severance and their BS intimation, their legal team cannot fight you. The more that fight, the more that they will fold, even if you don’t think your case is strong. If they are willing to put their profits before the health of you and your families, that should motivate everyone to fight. They have known the lethality of COVID-19 and choose to continue production and now the Savannah facility is infected. If there was ever a reason to unionize for our safety, it is now.

Unions are a disease that you get right before Covid19. They cannot save your job.
All your benefits are on the table when they bargain . You have to pay the Unions a weekly fee to represent you which reduces your income. Unions use non union shops to service their aircraft. All Gulfstream Customers have reduced their flying for obvious reasons.
A Union is like an ambulance chaser. They can make promises that aren’t true.
