Sorry But this union has done jack sh*t for us and with the pandemic they’ve done even less. Not the Company or the Unions give a sh– about us.

You should call your union rep. They are making doing wonderful things for the techs there.
How about the unprotected warehouse guys dealing with every tech and returned customers equipment with no masks or gloves

The union is what you make of it. You have to build the union and make it stronger . Not wait for them to handle everything for you. There there for support.
Been saying since forever, Unions are great but when times to getting things done most times they can careless.
All they really care about is money from dues we paid.
This is why you ask tons of questions up front before thinking the union is the best thing since sliced bread.
You think they will give us back all our money we paid? Nope.
We can be our own brothers and sisters without the union telling us! Who is with me?✊
