What about us LAPC folks down in South Texas that got practically given away to Western gas, found a loopehole to screw us out of the COC. And now we get cut 10% and it does not trigger COC becouse ita not a good enough reason.

You spoiled brats should have never had any premium for working in west Texas. It’s not like you were in Port Harcourt N—ria or something.
That’s not a loophole. Location premiums have never been considered part of base pay. WTX premium was boosted to a ridiculous 25% back when everyone b–ched that 10% wasn’t enough; it got taken away too.
It has always been said that here in Maverick Basin we make 10% more due to our location premiums. If they suspend the location premiums/incentives on april 1rst. That will cut our check by 10% ifnim not mistaken.
LAPC here too. I hadn’t heard anything about that. Can you describe the loophole and how they were able to cut 10% and not deem it a triggering event? Sorry to hear, that sounds rough.
