NLR is doomed, total shutdown coming. Too much arguing and bickering going on. The quality of work coming out of there is terrible. Management sux so bad. If vena had any sense about him he would cut the management team in half, you don't need that many white hat's to run a little shop like that. 3 managers per shift and that's just at the ramp plus a director and senior manager. Hell Sam's club has way less than that and runs a good staff. Car dealership has a shop manager and a foreman. Get with the program vena and start making cuts that will save you money. Thin out them white hat's.
