This is the worst workplace!!!!!!! Talk about culture and wellness its all complete b—s— & no one cares!!ynon doesn’t care at all - RD being next CEO? Zero chance. The layoffs prove management has no clue. Basically Reputation inside totally matches reputation outside

Wow, the executives really do get paid lottery winnings. Life is so unfair. If you're making under $100k per year, you don't even count in this world :-(
LOL. EA definitely has the "marketing mean girls" but they are now in their 50's and still think of themselves in their 20's. They are not relevant yet think they are - bad combo. Although humorous, it's sad AND pathetic.
Sadly that last comment could be anywhere in Mattel. Every reader is probably thinking about a different childish, female mean-girl duo. EA??
many would be happy if a certain toxic and incompetent director and senior manager were gone. save some money, at least $300K and the vibe of a certain group would be for the better.
Not a single EVP or SVP laid-off?! What the Hell? Don’t they make $200-$350K per year? But they’re going to cut people who make $85k? Where is the real cost-savings for the Shareholders??
What level is considered executive?
They didn’t lay-off a single executive. All the cuts were people doing actual work. Now the rest of us minions have to take on all that work, not the useless executives. It’s shameful. Personally I can’t wait for goal setting this year, even though it’s half over. I’m going to make my goals to be a raise and promotion for all the work that was dumped on me.
Reassuring that management reputations are equal inside the company as outside. But they still get paid lottery winnings.
