Can someone provide some proof of the loan? Another question is, will the loan be forgiven?

Don't worry, the family pays MS an exorbitant amount of money to game the system. Just like they did with the tax breaks from IL for the Ivory tower. Wonder if they paid the family dividends while taking money from the government (meant for small businesses) to paid the employees.

I thought it was if you kept a certain percentage of employees, which Follett did not.
Since you got the bail out are you giving me back my 10% and Hazzard pay like every other retailer did for their people???

This explains why some of us are no longer laid off and working 40 hours again.

The Federal Bailout is for salaries only! You can not use to pay any bills.

A Town Hall? How many people are actually still employed at Follett? The only people still left at the Ivory Tower are family members and the Kmart team.

Must be for Ivory Tower. Too many layoffs elsewhere to qualify to any loan forgiveness. Well hopefully they can start paying their bills now.
