Just leave and stop complaining. I did, and making $15,000 more per year. Don't focus on the LR5. THEY aren't focused on you for sure. 25 years of service and I left with nothing. Now I'm doing great 👍.

Maybe we should have field ops present the next town hall. A meeting filled with nothing but doom and gloom would surely help with company morale!
Windstream doesnt own any HD meeting software, they resell Zoom. And officesuite isnt proprietary, its just a Mitel OS on a blade server. And those SIL VMs c-ap out and have to be restarted weekly.....and Windstream doesnt have anyone with the skillset to restart those SILs, you rely on an outsourced team in India using a shared login to your network. Windstreams network is beyond compromised. You have several outsources teams in different countries all utilizing shared logins to your network. They can listen to the customer voicemails and have access to their billing info. Anyone willing to be a windatream customer is insane.
How many of your new bb Subcribers were given Service and how many “new” office suite customers were simply existing customers You ported their phone numbers over to soft phones at no charge and Currently claiming them as growth.
Questions they never answer. How many layoffs are coming? Every business segment lost on year over year basis how is this winning? Of the kinetic growth how many where given free bb? How much does Windstream gain after expenses to vendors for SD Wan? Tony Thomas even acted like he couldn’t read financials but he was a CFO prior ohh my.

The only strategy this clown has had is layoff people and run this company into the ground from his original Reit spinoff idea. Just to save money on taxes and it backfired into bankruptcy. To his benefit....he got his people millions as a bonus on all of us that have been stressed out.
