I'm SPEEEA, and sorry Boeing, I'm not coming back, even if you offer me a bonus. You do this to me and my family, and it's "best of luck...have a nice life". More jobs for the rest of you who are clinging to the sinking ship.
SPEEA is three years, but you need sign up for it, and then to renew it with SPEEA (like monthly or quarterly). If you don't sign up for it, or if you forget to renew, you forfeit the right.
