Man up people. Everybody needs their nuttz to drop and stop asking question they know the answer to. This is a job - not volunteer work. Nobody owes anybody anything on pay day ever two weeks!!!!
Correct including any loyalty-man up-get everything you can from the Baster-ds, do minimal work & get all hrs you can now in our 20's & move to larger oil or better service oil service company after 2 yrs experience & leave Hal behind. :-)))
Egals fly with egals.
I’d suggest get it every way you can till caught. They will rehire you in another camp, then train newbies to do your job. Then you can pretend to be somebody important.
There is a reason oil and gas pays so well...because it’s unstable. Tell me another industry where someone with a high school education and no experience can break 6 figures per year?

Not in my lifetime, it will not ever be without a black cloud. When you actually see 29 year vets, walked out the door , there is no guarantee. People who contribute , losing their jobs is evident enough to see the instability.
You want job security become a mechanic or firefighter or police officer or medical etc...
The oilfield is a fickle b! tch and she spares no one when it’s said and done. We all lose in the end the only difference is some lose With a lot more money in the bank than others but sometimes we gain a second family
Never. The oilfield has never been stable long term. Run and hide.
Never job security at Halliburton
Not until automation takes over. Once the majority of work is done via AI those that are left will have job security for life. Of course that will be about 5 employees for every 100 we have now
Again?
Maybe if Halliburton makes it through bankruptcy.
Because working like this is inhumane...
