There is a reason why they moved the manufacturing facilities from New York to Georgia.
Previous owner of the company wanted to assemble the product outside of the US and then have it brought into the US to finish assembling the AC so that it could have the label: "assembled in the USA" while cutting labor cost.
They’re sending a ton of jobs over there.. I’m sure they would send them all if they could.
Because the average labor rate in Mexicali is $5.00 an hour.
Ok so you want them to move all the jobs to Mexicali?
Different practices for different countries, if you want what Mexicali has then go work In Mexicali. I’m sure they would take adavantage if your superior skill set.

The labor is so cheap, gac considers the parts to be free. Culture is so different. They get fed by the company and a bonus for showing up every day of their work week.
