Get ready for TEP part 2. They might call it something different, but it's more of the same. System "efficiencies" that aren't efficient for anyone except the technology and operations team that can cut their own costs in the short term. Meanwhile the rest of us have to work harder, just to get laid off anyways.
The right decision would be not to go forward with this right now, with an overstretched workforce in the middle of a pandemic and already anemic sales. Not going to hold me breath- getting ready for impact instead.
