You can refuse to go back to work if you are recalled but Follett can then ask for your resignation. They also may ask for a legitimate reason if you refuse, such as childcare difficulties, etc.

For many Follett employees the $ 600 stimulus boost increases their take-home above what they would get from working. If your store is open to the public is it worth the health risk?
We are closed but working. I'd rather be working. 2 mths of work piled up is ridiculous.
