If the manager is not in good standing they are eliminating the teams as well. Those who are on teams but in good standing can simply re-apply if able.

That's interesting.
What determines good standing for those behind incompetent managers? You would think we would all be fired since leadership as a whole is failing... are more layoffs coming?
