Seeing a lot of sad things on here about the culture at SF.
This is how they use systems to dehumanize employees in all areas and control calling it “digital” or “metrics” or “quality” or “data analysis”. It’s how Communism works in many ways
I am surprised SF aggressively moved to that calling it Transformation. Not well thought through. Many people damaged while others making lotsa $$$$.
When businesses and society quit following technology trends and agendas it will end. These are humanity issues. Making folks feel small and with no voice is a form of abuse. There are many systems and HR practices messed up we use daily that I’m sorry. I wish people could see through a lot more.
It’s about power and control over people, data and the communication flow. Wish it could change. Prayers!!
