Farmers is a top notch company and employer. Great innovative employees who didn’t even miss a beat with COVID; because their forward thinking Work @ Home structure was already in place and stronger then some of the leading tech companies out there. Just look at the awards they are gobbling up like: Most diverse, Most desired...etc. They have Facebook at Work supporting employee groups for everyone, which demonstrates how inclusive they are. They even provide budgets for these groups. In today’s corporate America this is utterly fantastic! And as a customer my dollar would go nowhere else. They only use top rated body shops if you ask for a referral, but you don’t have to obviously, and even gave back premium to their customers with all that is going on. They’ve seen this before when it was worse. They were one of the only insurers to issue checks to customers for claims during the Great Depression. Others were issuing I.O.U’s. Look it up, unbelievable. They plan for major events and keep moving along with business as usual when things happen putting their customers and employee’s first. I’d highly recommend them as an employer.

My family has been in the USA since before the civil war. The people that run SF are NOT patriots. They will sell their soul to the devil for money. The values that made the company great are no longer there. The true heroes in this country are the ones who deliver a tangible product. They are not the ones who make a promise then change it when the seas get rough.

Left almost a year ago to work for the Lizard.....more pay, more respect and soon to be #1. And huge profit sharing bonuses each year!

No consistency. They keep changing it to what a leader wants when they are in charge. All about ME!!

Friend left SF for Farmers. Says managers and CEO super supportive and thank employees a lot. How sad is that that Farmers,treats employees better than SF.
SF is not only insurer.
