We are all pulling on the same rope trying to move this company forward, you have closed shops, have forced pay cuts, cut maintenance. Maybe suspending the dividend like a lot of other companies ( ford, gm, Boeing, most of the airlines ) is a smarter thing to do

Lance won't do that it will affect his bonus.
Lance talks like the RULA hit to his salary is a shared sacrifice just like would be for any employee. The vast majority of his money comes from bonus, stock, ..etc.
The hit that most of the nonagreement people are getting is losing at be least a months salary. Most of them get their main source of income from their salary.
Let's put this another way. The rest of the employees are taking the hit to protect our executives' bonus and stock awards.

PSR has ruined the company don’t believe when they say it’s because of COVID 19!!!
It doesn’t matter how profitable your company is if you don’t pay a dividend. I went to a new company at the beginning of the year. The share price s—s but never once has anyone in upper management ever once mentioned the share price cause we don’t pay a dividend.
That would defeat the whole purpose of what they have been working towards since g55, PSR and every other scheme were implemented
