Having been a union member before I joined the railroad many years ago I can say this, railroad workers are some of the rattiest coworkers I’ve been around, were are own worst enemy and play directly into management’s hands

All employees will be salary before to much longer,we keep gaining supervision even while shedding hourly on a regular basis.Thats the dream,no more contracts,no more union bs no overtime pay,think about it
