Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Being injured at work does not make you a bad employee

Since when reporting an injury makes you a bad employee. Rember, if you get injured at the railroad report your injury. Because, if you don't you be broke, injured and fired. They love to fire people for inability to perform the job. They will refer you to the medical department.

Injuries don’t make you a bad employee. You were a bad employee well before the injury.

As employees we witness all of the good ole boy take care of yourself and B.S. ways that they side step, manipulate everything to suit themselves. And yet act surprised when you use the same tactics on them.
