This place has been going downhill for years. This management has managed to completely ruin what was once a great company. Employee morale has hit rock bottom and I don't see it improving any time soon. If it was any other time, I'd be on my way out already. As it is, I'm stuck here unless they lay me off. With proper severance, I'd be out of here with a big smile on my face.

Total BS mate. If you want to then go. I worked at a place I hated. When layoffs came, I Volunteered to leave and walked me out the door. Hope they lay can off? Coward, do it.
Actually if you actually look up textron it actually looks like they’re taking care of their ppl better than Gulfstream.
Give it a few months and you will be!! HAHAHA!!!!
WOW if i did not know better i would of thought i was reading a post about Textron Aviation
@Aww look at the Gulfstream- Dude... reread your post and leave your kid sister alone.
Aww look at the Gulfstream Captain Save-A-Hoes
AKA brown noses aka d–k riders aka good ol boys
I’m not so sure about the “happy to trade places with you” part most of us that were let go feel pretty bitter about it and can’t imagine going back after the way we were disposed of.

I'm willing to bet that no one would stop you if you wanted to leave. Someone would gladly trade places with you if you are so unhappy. Lots of people that would k–l to be in your place. Resign and live your life outside gulfstream or stfu and do your job
Agreed. This is the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Getting paid to leave would be a blessing.
Bye
