WFH Policy

Dell 2IC Jeff Clarke just send out one of the most thoughtful and mature Employee messages about WFH, effectiveness and the changing landscape of employee engagement. It 's a possibly one of the best. Cant complain, they are doing a good job in tough times

Curious, which product was thrown against a wall accused of being c-ap?

Meanwhile, Australia's comment hit the nail on the head. Lots of whiners, when outside the walls many people are out of work. Bet they'd love to switch seats with you crybabies.

JC is the worst manager ever. He is the one that took a product and threw it against a meeting room wall screaming the product was c-ap!
Don't believe anything that comes out of that pig's mouth.

What a pack of whiners. Be grateful right now you have a job when others dont. Be grateful you have a laptop and some broadband when others are sleeping in their cars. Dell doesnt owe you a living. I think they are doing a very good job in a very sh– time. Our country management has been superb, mature about re-opening and closing and the impacts on people. No one is making out like bandits right now.

ya, just send out a beautiful email on Tuesday eliminating the company match and then had the stones to say that people have told them how well they're doing in this crisis. Such BS.

Can you brown nose harder? The test is if they do mass layoffs in the next two months. Not what they’ve done so far. All the major companies are starting layoffs after we “reopen”

As profits gets squeezed there will be layoffs. For now things may look ok.

I concur with the steps management taken to preserve jobs. Although, I say we wait and see after a couple post the Tell Dell survey period. I expect some bumps down the road aka WFR.

Dell has done a fabulous job during this time. Uncertainty s—s but I appreciate ELT and leaders being visible and trusting people are working. I am shocked a few of you are stating "I will be loyal for a few more months." If you are still working at Dell and do not like it, no one is stopping you on your journey. A little gratitude as you arent the 30m people getting unemployment. Those on the thread who were laid off, I am sure they would rather have some normalcy in having a job.
