What do you mean they didnt play well? They are working together thru all of this. All of windstreams assets now belong to Unity, windstream owns nothing. Now the execs at windstream move over to team Unity and start over without having to support those pesky TDM customers/networks and no longer be bothered with unions. They will move forward with SD-WAN and VoIP as their product offerings and sell their fiber/transport. No clue what happens to WIN employees.
This goes to trial tomorrow afternoon for the judge to make a ruling on.
No one has played well in the sandbox over the past year. Mediators going through arbitration did not work, this is the last resort.
